A boutique award winning 12 room hotel in the town of Oceanside, California. This unique property was fully renovated in a California-cool style and in need of marketing to elevate the profile of the hotel and generate bookings. The Lodging Lab was appointed to consult on sales and marketing, increasing direct bookings, public relations and best practices in hosting. We were able to work with the proprietor to achieve 90% + occupancy within their first year of operation and elevate their RevPar while raising the profile of the hotel through organic, paid search, as well as extensive media coverage.
